Robin Hutcheson got his start in commissioning with mission-critical remote arctic-based military facilities in 1996 and is among Canada’s experienced building and systems commissioning authorities, with certification from the US-based AABC Commissioning Group. The company has acted as fundamental and best-practice commissioning agent on several high-level green building projects.
